Fees

CEDM accepts most major insurance plans. For those patients who are out-of-network, some or all of the treatment costs may still be covered by your insurance. Prior to coming to CEDM our intake coordinators will resolve insurance issues and attempt to pre-certify treatment with your insurance company. You are responsible for your deductible and co-pays for each session. While we make every effort to work with your insurance company to get all services covered, you are financially responsible for all charges whether or not they are covered by insurance.
